The obligation taken by the German Grand Master, Frater Wilhelm Raab, when installed at the Grand Lodge in Baden-Baden, Germany, on September 15, 1973. The obligation is the same as that taken by all Grand Masters throughout the world. The Imperator officiated at the Installation of Frater Raab.
